ARKADIUSZ MULARCZYK –Secretary of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland,Government Plenipotentiary for Compensation for Damage Caused by German Aggression and Occupation in 1939-1945
Arkadiusz Mularczyk ,born in 1971,is a Member of the Polish Sejm since 2005,during its 5th,6th,7th,8th and 9thterms,advocate and graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jangiellonian University in Krakow.During the 2019-2023 Sejm,Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Legislation Committee,Sejm member of the National Council of the Judiciary and head of the delegatioin of the Polish Sejmand Senate to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe,since 2021 a Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.Mr.Mularczyk is also the chairman of the Parliamentary Group for the Estimation of Compensation due to Poland from Germany for Damage Caused during WWII.he also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Jan Karski Institute for War Losses and,since2022,Government Plenipotentiary for Compensation for Damage Caused by German Aggression and Occupation in 1939-1945
